Upon entering the grounds, nothing can truly prepare you for the natural theme design of this vacation home. Built completely in timber to ensure guests feel that they are residing in the middle of nature, 33 Higgo Crescent offers the accommodation experience that combines the best of indoors and outdoors.

The flowing interior features an open-plan living area with a central fireplace and under-floor heating that features the kitchen and dining room sitting at a slightly higher position than the formal lounge, creating an interesting scene that you will surely wish to explore. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with automatic icemaker, dual gas and electric burners/stove, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads to a scullery with laundry facilities and features bar stools for a casual meal. The cosy yet formal lounge includes a wall-mounted 46-inch plasma television, DVD player, surround sound system as well as wireless internet access. The dining area comes with a long table with seating for 10.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
